I used to use something like this when I had a PC to resize pictures in batches.

I use a Mac now and use similar free program to batch resize. It's not that hard and don't understand why a lot of posts say pics are to big to share. You don't need a high end graphics program to resize pictures.

Microsoft Office Picture Manager will do the trick even though you can't do batches that I know of.
