I´m from germany and I don´t know this show, is she guest or is she host?
I´m asking because in germany a lot of tv shows have endorsements with brands and labels and on the websites of some Tv Stations you even can check out what brands the hosts were wearing that day or who are thems sponsors

They look like LK Bennett boots. If you look at the back of the heel, it looks to be going straight down rather than curved down. This is a signature style of LK Bennett although other manufacturers use variants of this style too.
