every time i try to upload a pic

i keep getting a message saying the photo I'm using is invalid
I'm using a mac so does that mean the spec for posting pics is diff, i have some pics i wan a share but can't and its a little frustrating
any help

what format and size is the photo?
try uploading 600 pixel or smaller jpg.

I use a mac and I don't always put something in the comments when I post. Never had issues unless pic is too big

Had same problem but if you open the picture using paint then resize it 600 pixels it works fine

i will try the paint idea, just tried with a comment and it still won't allow it

you can try something like this if you need to resize many pictures. It's a batch image resizer. I use one when i have a lot to upload. These are all for mac.
