She still owes me 40 euro. She has not refunded me my money and refused to give services. She also lied about not receiving all of the 40 euro during my first attempt to send the total funds. I contacted a specific pay source (I will not list the name) and they stated that the receiver is never charged a tax or fee. Only the sender is charged a tax/fee. This woman is a con and I have reported her pay accounts to various pay sources as being used for sexual favors to block her business. SHE IS A DECEIVER (spread the word).
