Actually Gecko you need to get 4 more posts under your belt before you can upload. Thats a board requirement.

there is no minimum post requirement.
that just looks like a bug in the upload script.
try uploading a smaller photo and make sure its a jpg.

it's probably too large, use something like microsoft office picture, you can compress for websites, nice
