Get some mud on them! Scuff the leather, get them wet and then more mud! Perhaps a couple of cigarette burns.

For the flats, squash the heels down until they collapse, stretch them out of shape, scuff them, bit of mud then more scuffing.

The high top adidas have NEVER been worn with socks.....they stink!!!
