You can find some good tutorials on YouTube, in fact I learned a lot from there. After you begin to understand the basic concepts, the only thing you need is to have some pose references to make your own poses or modify some poses from the game.
Unfortunately I don't know how to make animations, just some static setups which I capture using FRAPS. Also, you will need some mods, but don't worry, Hongfire is a pretty good source of mods and tutorials.
