Yes she left with only socks on. It rained earlier that day (you can tell by the dried mud on the bottoms) so she took her shoes off and left them on the floor by the couch. Her friend had on flip flops. I gave her a foot massage while sitting on the balcony and she does know what I do to her shoes, so it is possible she left them on purpose. The mother seems to have the muskier shoe odor so far but I've only smelled two pairs of the daughter.
