She she has solved for you both what can be a nasty problem. The danger is you can get infatuated with a girl because of her sneakers rather than being attracted to her as a person. This is possibly the biggest hazard of this game. So she gives you some rough pleasure which gives you something to think about - namely her! I think you are in a very lucky situation.
My partner would concentrate on the tip and the ripple or herringbone rubber soles would be abrasive against the skin. It felt as if the tip was on fire - I would ask her to hold off for a bit so I could enjoy the sensation. The twitching tip could not wait for the rubber soles to descend on it again. The tip would be itching like mad the next day, so much so that I had to relieve things.
