It's not something I've investigated in great detail but as someone who studied disease and infections at uni it's not something I'm hugely worried about. Most STD's are well suited to living in a warm and moist environment so won't survive long outside the body.

HIV is tougher than most, and can survive a few weeks and lots of testing has been on around how long blood-born HIV stays infectious, especially in needles, but unsurpisingly, no-one has tested it in cum stains! All I could find with quick google is that scientists have found it hard to culture HIV from semen, suggesting a low to zero viral load in most semen.

I'd certainly say that it isn't risk free (but nothing is really!) and will generally be safe. If you're really concerned about it you can probably talk it through with whoever you're looking to get something from, if they aren't prepared to talk about that kind of thing you need to consider whether you want to interact with them in that way.

I've done a little research and find out the same. If the sperm is kept in full contact with air, at room temperature for a couple of days and is completely dry then it is 100% safe. You can eat it, get in contact with genitals or whatever you want and it's absolutely safe.
