Wife and I have like a dozen or so pairs of the open toe ones. We love them probably as much as she does

She's been sending pics and updates on her blue slippers. Says they pretty much get worn around the house. Occasionally get worn out in public for quick trips to the store and sometimes down to check the mail. Says they're gradually feeling looser. She says they're not holding up very well. Says she's kind of hard on them sometimes. Wears them all day long doing chores and stuff around the house.

Nice update! Can you get those slippers back from her and put a nice big load into them? I agree that it may be time for new slippers. Hopefully she will let you keep the old ones.

Yeah I offered to buy her a new pair but she said she prefers to pick out her own slippers/shoes. Says she'll get around to it but she also admits it doesn't usually occur to her to buy new slippers until she actually needs them after destroying a pair.

I've been asking her for them. Either to borrow or keep if she gets a new pair. She says she'll think about it but the holidays are a busy time so we havent had time to see each other much. She also admits that holidays are hard on slippers cus she's extra busy cleaning, cooking, and doing chores. She's told me that they may not survive long enough for me to see them again

An unfortunate train of events the other day. It had been kind of a wet rainy day. She'd been home most of the day cleaning house in her blue slippers. Later on in the evening she had to run to the store for somthing and by the time she realised she was still wearing her slippers, she was in the car about to pull out of the driveway. She said she thought about going back in the house to change be decided that the slippers weren't worth it so she kept them on. She ended up walking through a small puddle in them. They didnt get completely soaked but did get wet. When she got home she took them off and left them out in the garage. Sent me a few pictures. This wasn't the worst part though. Later on that night when she was cozy in bed she texted me that she realised that her kids would likely put the dog in the garage for the night. She told me that he likes to eat slippers. He has eaten many pairs in the past. She told me that it was pretty much a guarantee that he would make a meal of them before morning. She apologized but said she was warm and comfortable and that she didnt want to get out of bed to go save them. "They're going to be a pile of dog poop in the back yard by morning" she said.

It's been a few days now since they were almost dog food. I've been trying to mask my desperate desires but I keep offering to take her slipper shopping or to buy her a pair online that she wants but she says she doesnt buy shoes online, she likes to pick them out and try them on in person. She knows that I want them but our schedules are busy and havent had time to meet up. She warns me that they are not in very good shape at all. They're feeling looser and they are really stinky. She admits doesnt keep them near her bed anymore because in her words "They REEK!"

They are very sexy. Does she have any interest in Isotoners?

I dont know. She seems to like this style though. She says she buys cheap slippers because to her slippers are just "disposable shoes" and she has a tendency to abuse the hell out of her slippers so cheap is best.
