The bottom pair is a style called Millie. I have a couple of pairs I've found on Ebay over the years. They feel Lee wearing slippers and can really get stinky.

I have a these babies right here in a 10. I love the flats but they’re too big and I only bought them because I was desperate to get my hands on a pair.
