Are there any videos or clips of these happenings? Even a movie clip or some would be welcome. Perhaps some inventive soul could come up with a video that features a lot of scenes of ladies stepping on other ladies' shoes/feet or stepping on some guy's foot. The only scene that comes to mind for me is from the 60's movie "Butterfield 8" with Elizabeth Taylor. If that scene could be updated or extended by someone...
