Some blue slipper updates she sent me

Been wearing her blue slippers now for about 3 weeks. Been wearing them pretty much all the time when she is at home. She says trips to the mailbox and late night errands happen alot.

I'm getting closer to catching up to this story in real time. I know slipper lovers on here are few and far between but if you like this story and want me to keep up with it, please message or comment so know I'm not the only one here who's into slippers and the story they live.

More updates from her. Says he basic routine is long days at work but she changes into slippers as soon as she gets home. On her days off she put them on in the morning and wears them all day while cleaning house and doing chores.

Those Keds are doing ok?

Oh yeah. The keds are gonna be around for a long while. These pics were taken only a couple weeks ago. They're a solid strong shoe that will hold up. She wears socks with her chucks but doesnt wear socks with keds. Says she wore keds when she was a teenager too and didnt wear socks with them then either.

Thank you for your posts! I love them! What does she do for work that she can wear Keds? Is that her only pair of Keds? Would she ever give up her old Keds in exchange for a new pair? I would love to sniff them!

She works at one of those big beauty salons with tons of different stations and folks can come in and pretty much get anything from a haircut to a pedicure. I think these are her only pair of keds. She's mentioned maybe one day buy a pair of white leather ones too. I dont know if she'll one day be ready to give these up. She got these back in spring and she hasn't even let me borrow them yet so I know it'll be quite a while before she's ready to part with them. They do get pretty stinky sometimes and she says she still will probably never wear socks with them. If they one day get too stinky she may make them into garden/yard shoes.
