Women have shoes that they wear and shoes that they use. Shoes that are worn are usually taken care of and worn for reasons of fashion and comfort. Shoes that get used arent worn for any other reason than just something on their feet. These are the shoes that get neglected and worn carelessly. My guess is that these white shoes get used... not worn.
