I had a girlfriend many years ago used to get off on wearing dirty heels in the bedroom. They were even dirtier when she went out in them afterwards.

My wife was very similar ! She would wear a pair of shoes out to a bar and then come home with them all dirty from being out in them . She would lay on her back with her shoes or boots on and put her legs over my shoulders . She would then make me lick the bottoms clean and she would get off to it around half a dozen times at least . She would take them off occasionally and check my progress to make sure I was doing a good job !
