How far along are you in relationship with her? If you are just starting out then I would start by commenting on how you like her shoes and go from there. If you are in a secure relationship then you can ask if you guys can discuss something concerning sexual desires and go from there. Make sure to discuss things in the frame of mind that you are interested in her feet and shoes not in general!
