Thank you! I make these pictures using IMVU, a public 3D virtual world. I have female and male avatars, and there is a massive catalog of clothing, boots, shoes, hairstyles, rooms and furniture to buy using IMVU credits. I'm a creator there, and I make poses and actions you can add onto your avatars, and I sell these to make lots of credits, so the game only costs me $50/year and I always have enough credits to buy whatever I like, or make it myself if it doesn't already exist. These pictures are basically screenshots I take, then edit to mellow out the rough spots. I have quite a bit of my work on the web site http://www.bootopia.com, where I turn these images into comic fantasy scenarios, by adding a plot line and speech balloons. But I have a boatload of photo sets that haven't been turned into comics, all involving girls wearing sexy boots.
