I think they are “SoHo” brand.

EU size 39/40 I recall.

The “Soho” brand or style appears to be rare and doesn’t come up on any of my Google searches. I was searching eBay and did find these fairly rare burberry rain boots -www.ebay.com/itm/125966578896

I just rechecked my photos and I made a mistake; it should have been Solo Moda if I named it correctly at the time.
There are size 40.
