My friend's slippers (07-08-2022)

As usual I get pictures and updates on the slippers she has. What she's been doing in them and to them. It's kinda hard for her cus it's not somthing she's ever paid attention to until now but she tries to keep me as involved as she can.

So I get a text message first that basically says she has some bad news about her slippers. Then she sends me the pictures. Says she's been wearing them alot lately. Days off of work she puts them on in the morning and doesnt take them off until bed time.

More updates... I asked her if she was gonna go easier on them now that they have rips and holes. Try to make them last longer. She said nope. If anything she may end up being harder on them. There's no sense in protecting them now. She also reminded me that she buys cheap slippers and to her they are disposable shoes. She doesnt really care about her slippers or what happens to them

Time to meet up and hang out again. But unfortunately I forgot to bring the blue slippers. I damn near begged for her to let me have to polka dots anyway but she said no. I offered to buy her a new pair but she still said no. I think she kind of enjoyed tormenting me. She did tell me though that she didnt think this was going to be the last time I'd ever see them. She thinks they'll live long enough to make it to our next visit. So sadly when it was time to go home... the slippers went home with her. She even had them on when she left.

More pics and updates on the polka dots. She says they're not doing very well. They feel looser and looser every time she wears them.

She keeps telling me how they keep stretching and ripping ever so slowly every time she wears them. We've both been busy at work and havent had time to sneak away and see each other. She still thinks they'll live long enough for me to see them one last time but I'm not so sure.

She texts me and warns me that things are getting worse for the polka dot slippers. They're getting looser and looser every day. Closer and closer to the trash can she says.

There is more to this story but I'm gonna wait before wasting time posting it. See how many of us rare slipper lovers are here and actually intrested in it.

This is awesome, a friend like that is hard to find
