I tried some times ago with heels instead of flats. It was some nice to walk in heels during the day in croweded locations!

I wear my gf's flats inside my regular shoes quite a bit. I have a bunch of pics doing this on Flickr ( search trashedshoe on Flickr). Feels great and gets them real smelly when I wear dirty, smelly and cummed socks or nylons in them for hours a day!
