Just because they're Asian doesn't mean that there would be some secret tips or guidelines that would differ from any other woman

Just strike up a conversation. I find Chinese women to be very shy and conservative when you first meet. Sometimes it's hard to keep the conversation flowing, just be prepared to be persistent. I think Thai, Korean and Filipina are more overt, and easier to talk to in the beginning. They are all so sweet and caring and loving once you get to know them tough.
