I will try to get some more pics of her shoes. She owns another really worn down pair of FA shoes, with some lower heels. I haven't seen her with these more old shoes since some time. I don't have a clue how to ask her for them. I don't want her to know my passion for her shoes.

Hi,

unfortunately not. I asked her a couple of weeks later (she wore already new heels) if I could have a pair of her old heels for afriend of mine who is doing some "art" related things with flight attendant shoes. She was very astonished about this "strange" kind of art and replied that she unfortunately has tossed away two pairs of her old heels a week before, because their time was more than up.
