I have always uploaded mine to flicker or yahoo, then downloaded them form there. You may be able to use the snipping tool to reduce the size, not sure.

it's a size issue for some reason this forum won't upload any photo thats over like 2mb (which most photos these days are over) so what i do is upload them to flicker which is really easy & then save them from ur Flickr photo then that file will upload
