I know they are less interesting than glamorous heels, and might be considered an "odd" present maybe to an unsuspecting recipient.

Not as a present but sure out shopping , I’ve often done it if we are out together. Often drop hints. I would say maybe add with other clothes or a whole outfit etc if you think it would be weird and she doesn’t know about your fetish. It’s less obvious then.

I bought some really preppy red Mary Jane shoes from a charity shop (thrift store) this afternoon and the same thing occurred to me. When I buy sexy high heels it’s understandable as everyone knows how men like to see their wives or girlfriends in sexy heels. I’ve bought really pretty purple flats for my secret BBW girlfriend (I’m also married) and had them delivered to her house.
