I went to some op shops (thrift shop for my American friends) today to try and get a costume for an upcoming costume party I'm going to and I found these wedges. I originally thought I'd get them for my girlfriend but they were way too big for her, but I couldn't let them pass me by. I bought them for $1. Later on today I went for a walk in them and found my left strap constantly slipped down. My left foot is smaller than my right so from the very first step I could feel the stretch in my left strap and it edging down my heel until it fell off. After a while I couldn't be bothered pulling my strap up every time it fell down so I just left it down. They make such a loud slapping noise, particularly with the strap down.

Was texting my girlfriend who is working overseas and we sent some sexual messages between each other. I asked her about her really loose flats and why she kept wearing them. Her reply was that they are comfortable and that they are more comfy because they are loose. The funny thing is she says once they stretch too far they'll be a pain but they're already the loosest shoes I've ever seen and it doesn't bother her to wear them this way so I can't imagine them becoming too loose!

I did some internet shopping and bought these for my girl and had them shipped to her door overseas. She says she loves them! I'll ask her for some pictures.

I hope she totally wears out the straps by the time I go over and see her and they're all stretched and slip down constantly.
