Whenever I see a TV show or movie with great scenes of sexy shoes (heels or flats) I like to get screen captures. I have a pretty big collection. I am going to start posting good ones (closeups, etc). Please let me know if you like these and I'll do more.

You want to know a crazy place to see shoe closeups? Vaccum instructional videos LOL. They turn on the machine with their feet and the camera is usually tight in to show it happening.

I agree with the vacuum infomercials. Swiffer, too. Have you looked at ebay in the "wardrobe" section, under Entertainment Memorabilia? Many times, they'll sell shoes, clothing from TV shows and movies.
