Haven't done anything for a while as I suffer with Cluster headaches and I am having a very very bad cycle at the moment but hopefully they will stop soon and we can get back on track.

They are, very. I have had them for 22 years now but this latest cycle is being one of the worst. This one started just over 4 weeks ago, while we were away in the log cabin.
I get between 5 and 8 every night which means I am only getting between 1 and 2 hours of sleep a night and I have gone through so many injections and medical oxygen it's unreal.
But hey ho this crap will end at some point and the shoes will be out again.

That sounds like hell. With the lack of sleep and the pain it must be very debilitating. Very annoying for you if it started at the log cabin.
