The movie opens with the Kween sitting on her great yoga mat in her apartment, wearing black tights with reinforced toes and tan tights beneath, a tight fitting green ballet leotard and a lacy black open bolero top covering her gorgeous body, with her long brown hair falling over her shoulder and her legs outstretched and feet close to the camera. As she turns out her supple feet and then points her lovely nylon clad toes, she moves her arms with perfect balletic grace and posture before she selects the shoes she intends to tease us with later, her well worn black and gold Zara flats and an equally worn pair of pink satin Freed pointe shoes. Setting the ballet shoes aside, the Kween thrusts the well worn flats up to the camera, clicking her royal fingers and pointing to the insole of the worn shoe, holding it in her hand and pushing it right into our face to enjoy it's sweet perfume. Crossing her beautiful long toned legs, she dangles a sexy worn flat shoe from the tips of her toes as the opening titles appear, waving the fragrant shoe at the camera before letting it slip off her delicious nyloned toes, then tapping and flipping it with her toes, she scoops up the back of the shoe and dangles it skilfully upside down.
Striding gracefully across the yoga mat, she lets the flat shoes pop off her heels, stepping out of one and pausing to tease and flick it with her lovely toes then sits close to the camera with her feet cupped together and knees open to stretch her hips with a fabulous view of the gusset of her black pantyhose. She arches her amazing foot and uses the other to apply pressure to it, driving her scrunched toes into the grey mat and slowly rocking her gloriously perfect body to increase the stretch before lifting her foot into the air and pulling it with her hand, tugging at the nylon covering her toes and slowly moving her sweaty foot towards us and slowly flexing her moist nylon clad foot in our face. With her nylon gusset in view, the Kween pulls her legs into the lotus yoga position and falls forward, upturning her hands on her knees as she feels the stretch and relaxes into the position, lifting her arms up gracefully and turning her amazing flexible body to the side to stretch before returning to her starting position. With her ballet shoes tied on, our amazing ballerina rises up en pointe, slowly bourréeing in beating steps, each one leaving a punched indentation in the soft foam mat as she tramples it under her powerful toes, turning and slowly lifting her foot up to the side of her leg with perfect control.
With her ballet shoes off, we see the result of her steamy workout with multiple sweaty foot prints adorning the grey exercise mat as TJK gives us a pov shot of her fragrant moist toes with her lucky toe spacer visible under the sheer nylon, then slides her sweaty feet across the mat, smearing it with the lovely workout sweat from her super hot dual layered nylon clad feet and repeats the fabulous move, tapping her highly perfumed feet and covering the mat with her delicious footprints. Peeling her hot black tights down, we get a lovely shot of her nylon gusset as she flexes her toes into the camera before we see her beautiful feet in the tan nylons that have been underneath her black tights during the hot workout as she lifts them off the grey mat to show a fresh set of gorgeous sweaty footprints, placing them down and lifting them several times to cover the lucky mat in her fabulous fragrant foot sweat. The Kween spreads and scrunches her delicious damp toes, turning her sweaty nyloned feet up and sensually rubbing them together before flexing them slowly and hypnotically in our face. With one well worn Zara flat shoe on, she stands on her toes, the curled toes of her other foot pressing into the yoga mat as she stretches her divine feet, then relaxing and flexing her beautiful toes close up to the camera.
With the nylon removed from her feet and wearing one flat shoe and one pointe shoe, the Kween stands and turns out her feet and begins some barre positions, her worn black shoe slipping off her perfumed bare foot as she stretches her feet up and down off the mat, treading on the back of her barely on shoe. Kneeling on the floor on one knee, she has her other bare foot up on her thigh as she stretches her amazing body back then leans forward to grab the camera and giving us a super close up pov shot of her gorgeous kissable soft wrinkled sole, panning back and forth along the length of her lovely arched bare ped before returning the camera to it's original position. Sitting with her leg outstretched, she slowly extends her other leg with her beautiful dark polished toes pointing then grabs her leg and lifts it in the air, bending her feet at the ankles and spreading her perfect toes open wide to air and stretch them after her sweaty workout before slowly closing her toes and pointing them. She sits and turns out both feet, placing one super cute rippled bare sole over the other and with hands on hips of her fabulous body, slowly flexes her perfect bare feet at the camera, spreading and clenching her succulent toes before sliding her body forward on the mat and grabbing both legs, rolling her body backwards and stretching on her back, with a fabulous view of her inch perfect round bum in the tight green leotard as she opens her knees and pulls her feet down to stretch as the lovely message to her supporters appears.....

The punishment of her well worn heels continues as she tramples them and stomps on one, flexing her strong toes back and forth over the misshapen shoe before forcing her feet back into the high heels and lifting herself onto the toes of them then stepping in them as she toys and torments in her stilettos, driving her delicious toes and bare feet into the fortunate footwear until the lovely message of thanks to her supporters appears...
