A few of tricks I learned for me is to either spread the cum out so it doesn't pool up and get noticed or if it's closed toe hold the shoe pointed down so the cum goes to the toe box area..wipe some on the inside heel part too some heels have fabric and it will absorb some of it..
Has worked for me in the past....
