I totally agree! Some women are completely unaware that by slipping their shoes off in public they are making so many men crazy!
Some women, especially younger ones (women!) and those from different cultures perhaps don't recognise foot fetishes and are completely naïve to this.

So many women know though! I was caught out a few times when I used to commute regularly on the train just glancing at feet under my book or phone. Many would carry on and taunt me, and a man in a couple even whispered to his partner 'foot fetish'... she just carried on teasing me with her shoe play, I felt so embarrassed but so exhilarated!

I will always be the beacon of respect to women though! All women should be treated with the greatest respect!
