You can sometimes smell them from a small distance away already.
With its fabric footbed, they have absorbed a good few years of foot-smell from its owner, who obviously had some warm and dirty sweaty feet when she wore them.
Instant hardness when you stuff your nose into them!

Then the 3rd pair from left smell nice and moist-like. A loverly pair of feet have been working them over for some time and it shows.

With just about every and all shoes, when you do a deep large 'breathe-out' into them, they warm up a bit and start releasing their smell better. So perfect sometimes.
