Make sure your shot goes deep to the toe area that way it's not noticeable and if your worried that it won't dry in time then take some toilet paper/paper towel/or her sock 
to soak up a good portion of the cum (toilet paper is the best cuz you can flush it away... No evidence). Sometimes what I do if I have the need to cum on the outside of the shoes that my wife wears all the time is that I'll cum the sole of the shoe. Easy clean up and also she doesn't look at the sole lol. And doing that, you can let the cum roll around from heel to toe (or toe to heel) by moving the shoe around and letting it roll on the upper part of the shoe if you want the cum on the up there.
