There are quite a bit of movies on Youtube with the topic "Walking in Seoul". The makers of those movies are wandering around in the different parts of Seoul and you happen to see a lot of people. Also women and girls and in sommer period you can see them wearing slingbacks regularly. In a few cases they wear them with the straps down under their feet. It is not staged, so they appear "by accident" and if such a scene lasts more than 10 seconds you are lucky to witness it.
