Sportshoes used for grass sports. These come in different gradations with almost no pattern up to only 6 pins and everything in between. With those you can make a nice evenig menu of suffering :-)

I agree with stomp80.

High tight boots are best for stability of the female.
Wedge heel shoes or boots give a nice pressure feel all across the feet.
Block heels are good for cock-crushing and weight-pain, but without much risk of much damage. Easier for the woman to put her weight on a cock with a block heel where the entire cockhead is covered.
Narrower heels increase the pressure per surface and pain, but also risk of damage.
I like a slight rubbery soles and heel for good grip on the skin for body trampling.

Then again, imo open heel wedge shoes are best for deep inshoe cocktrampling.

At the moment I’m kinda on a “mission” to find myself shoes with (wedge) heels that have the softest sole.

I really like it when a woman’s shoe/wedge heel compresses slightly when her weight is fully on it.
