Is that boot full of your poo right down into her toebox? Maybe trample her with other boots to make sure it is nicely squished in there.

If you have any smaller shoes, ballet pumps, short heels etc, or even smaller DMs then feed them down inside into the poo filled toe bax. Trample the boot with the smaller shoes inside to mess them up. Then leave them there and keep topping the boot up until she is full.
