I buried my converse in the mud for few.. (days?)

I create a YouTube Channel to publish some experiments I plan to do with my pairs of Converse.

For now, I buried my Converse Comme des Garçons in the mud near water. I'd like to see what what will happen over time, I hope they will look more faded.

How long do you think I should let them here buried?
I forgot my tripod and the video is pretty shaky.. sorry in advance.
