If you live in Texas, I just found your new favorite sports bar and restaurant, Ojos Locos. It's a lot like Hooters, except that part of the waitress dress code is black knee high boots. Now I have to visit this place. If anybody else here is from the Houston area, this would be a great place for a boot lovers Meetup - PM me if you're interested. I'll just leave this here for your enjoyment.

its a shame i don't live anywhere near there i would totally visit it.
