I recently discovered I experience a known phenomenon called ASMR (Autonomous sensory meridian response). I`ve felt it since I was a kid but didn`t know it was a widespread thing. This usually shows up as feelings of tingles or relaxation at stimuli such as having my hair cut (or seeing someone have their hair cut), my head rubbed, someone speaking softly to me (Bob Ross!), etc. I also discovered that many people put up ASMR videos on YouTube. I found some videos that combine my ASMR with my shoe fetish with girls showing off shoes and talking about them gently.

One night I was watching one and something completely unexpected happened... she started scratching the shoes with her nails and it made me instantly excited and I ended up having to take care of myself. I think the sound of the scratching, combined with the visual of the shoes just got to me.
