Define incest. Having sex with your sister is incest. Cumming on her shoes isn't, and probably isn't illegal anywhere, although it might get her irritated.

This. Actual incest stuff (which I don't think has ever been brought up here) should be banned if not as unlawful, at least as sick. But anything regarding the site's niche should be left alone.
