It could be a discontinued model by "Jimmy Choo". Choo has every season some heels in their portfolio in this toe cleavage cut out style. Very sexy and sophisticated at the same time. Look at the ones I'm wearing in my avatar, there are some similiarities. You need much luck finding the same heels you posted, because Jimmy Choo changes their styles regularly. The heels you are looking for are possibly discontinued since a couple of years.
