Well it is hard to say which is the most cummed shoe was to me, but let me show you a couple of my most cummed ones I cum on a whole bunch of shoes so there is lots evenly spreaded and dried, but these are my most handy cum bins because I keep these on my nighstand next to bed and they dont have mates they are roadfinds, when I fuck some of my common use shoes and planning to wear them longer I just spill on these:

this is my one side of the flat who i bought online, been cumming them for at least 30 times before it got too smelly and i throw it away. the inner soles are so sticky it can trap fly! while the outer shoes are all yellowish.
