Those black Nikes definitely deserve to get trashed! Tear their laces out and open them wide before putting them in the trash, so they are helpless against having all the other garbage that is thrown on top fill their insides.

I think they might even deserve something worse. Some leftover sauce or spoiled yoghurt. Something to really soak their inside and erase their last memories of being worn as they become nothing but trash.
