I do actually find this quite arousing, the thought that they know the shoes will slip off with each step yet still wear heels this big. But it depends on how confident a walk it is. I see some girls shuffling and clunking along trying to keep their heels in their pumps and it doesn't look that good but I see a girl in heels that are too big who confidently strides out and just lets her pumps pop off her heel and back on looks incredibly sexy. It's like a slight messiness that is handled with aplomb and comes across as very hot."

Hi Chino, I totally agree with you and it is exactly my taste too, what you are describing. I just wanted to say that Aubrey Plaza`s feet and toes look absolutely deformed in those pictures.
