The password is to put to the file after you downloaded it. You must to download the file from one of the file sharing site, an archiver with 7zip compatibility is needed to extract the video from the file, when you finished to download you must extract it and type or copy/paste the password. If you need a specific guide feel free to ask me.

"Data corrupted. Please check your internet connection" is the message I get when I try to download the URL from iLivid

Maybe its because you can't download from those sites using a download manager, try to download it using the default browser's download manager, it must surely work.
