You can use hotfile.com, it is very fast even for free users and the files don't get deleted as quickly as other places.
It's the best one atm in my opinion, waiting times are not too great also

Depositfiles and Mediafire still work I think.

Just don't use ul.to. They blocked access to the united states (that includes me).

I can suggest you to try a multipath mass uploader like http://www.megaupper.com , no registrations or credit needed, it uses to place the file on multiple hosts. Or alternatively try this freeware http://www.z-o-o-m.eu it is a most confortable way to upload many files even on multi host sites.
