It's in an affluent suburb, It's a throw away society. I've seen lots of items with little fault/s or still working and end up in these cleanups. I've seen on several occasions shoes new in their boxes or without thrown away. I have a pair of Jessica Simpson heels new in their box found in in this way.

The local municipal councils hold these household cleanups every three, six months or yearly, (depending on the council) to dispose of larger items such as whitegoods, furniture, clothing and items which don't go into the weekly bins, etc. I find lots of electronic goods, other useful items and also lots of shoes. It's a throwaway society these days and some of the shoes are still in good condition. Some people can furnish their homes from the goodies that are left in these cleanups.

Last month I found these Steve Madden hot open toe heels in flourescent orange/red. I'll get to cumming them soon. They are quite well worn and have toe prints but you have to look at an angle in the right light to see them. I have the sandals also.

Some women change shoes often, they have lots of them, so some go out, or are too worn or not in fashion would be some reasons.
