USDownloader makes it easier, because it will download the next part automaticaly when you are allowed to. the speed, or the waiting time can only be ignored by getting a new IP after each download or by premium account of course

For all those who have trouble with the Malestrom password not working:
Don't type it in but copy and paste it instead and it will work.
The problem is that the first and last letter is not an M but rather a series of 4 characters made up of forward slashes and back slashes like this /\/\
