On a couple of the older pairs that we keep now for bedroom only, yes. But generally, no. Too expensive to permanently ruin them if they are too new.

So, my wife is ready to part with another pair of her Tory's. You'll remember this pair from earlier in this thread with a nice load on them. They are well worn in now and she's done with them. Figured before I put them up on Ebay, I'd rather see them go to a good home on here
