I'm used to this kind of things. Create a fake FB account, block everything, so she will think that she has access to nothing beacause you are not friends. Send her a message on messenger and ask her for some questions like the size, how many times she worn them... Pay by paypal and ask her to send them at a place like a post office or something like that where you can take a package without receive it at home.
If she wants cash and give it to you directly, ask her when she's available and pretend you're working the following days, it will take too long so you will send your cousin or friend to take them (if she asks about trying them, say that you have shoes from this brand and you're sure at 100% about the size and it will be ok). The day you'll show up, she will see you but she'll think you are just the messenger who's coming to take the shoes for the woman she thinks talked with
